Kristen Robillard, MD, Interim President & CEO

Dr. Robillard

Dr. Robillard is the Interim President & CEO for Catholic Medical Partners. She is a board certified family practice physician, managing partner of Lakeshore Primary Care Associates in Hamburg, New York. Additionally, she is a clinical assistant professor at the State University of New York at Buffalo, serves as an Expert Witness for a local malpractice attorney group, and works with Circuit Clinical conducting phase III and IV clinical trials.

A member of the Catholic Medical Partners Board of Directors since 2013, Dr. Robillard most recently served as Board Chair.

David J. Martinke, DO, Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Martinke has been a longtime member and board member prior to joining the staff of Catholic Medical Partners in 2015. As Chief Medical Officer, he is leading clinical integration and standardization efforts and physician relations with our nearly 1,000 members. In addition, he serves as the organization’s administrative lead for membership matters. 

A partner with Primary Care of Western New York, Dr. Martinke served as the chairman of the Department of Family and General Practice at Sisters of Charity Hospital for 17 years prior to his current position with CMP. He also served as the director of osteopathic medical education and program director for the family practice residency at Sisters Hospital for 14 years. Dr. Martinke is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Practice.

David Serra, MD, Associate Medical Director

Dr. Serra is the Associate Medical Director for Catholic Medical Partners (CMP) Independent Practice Association. He is also a founding partner of Buffalo-Niagara Hospitalist, LLC, and works on staff as a hospitalist at Kenmore Mercy Hospital.

A member of CMP since 2004, Dr. Serra has held a number of leadership roles within the organization. Dr. Serra partners with Chief Medical Officer, David J. Martinke, DO to provide medical leadership for the organization’s efforts in population health management; clinical integration; and quality and utilization management. Working alongside Dr. Martinke, he provides continued leadership for CMP membership in the important work of transforming patient care and successfully adapting to value based payment models.
